Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

How long does the cleaning process take?

Will my carpets or upholstery shrink or get damaged during cleaning?

Not when cleaned by our trained technicians. We employ the right techniques and equipment tailored to each fabric type, minimizing any risk of damage or shrinkage. We are full members of the NCCA who trained us and monitor our performance.

How much does professional cleaning cost?

Pricing varies depending on the size and type of item. Typically, our rates start from £55 for a standard room and £45 for individual pieces of upholstery (depending on size). We offer competitive packages and discounts for multiple rooms or items.

Why book a professional oven clean?

If your oven is smoking or smelling greasy and does not go away with household cleaning products then you should have your oven professionally cleaned as this could become a fire hazard.

It is also recommended that you should have your oven cleaned if you are moving out of a rented property as it is usually a part of the tenancy agreement that the oven should be cleaned at the end of the tenancy.

If you have just moved into a new home, you might not want to cook in an oven that has not been cleaned first. We can help.

How often should your oven be cleaned?

Many of our customers book their oven in to be cleaned every 6 months but it depends on how often your oven is used and what has been cooked in it. An oven that is regularly used to cook fatty meats will need cleaning more than an oven that is used once a week.

How long does a professional oven clean take to complete?

Our service is very thorough as we clean every part of your oven including fans, elements, oven walls/floor/ceiling and doors. With this in mind, our service will take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size and condition of the oven on arrival.

How long after cleaning the oven can I cook?

You can use the oven as soon as we have finished cleaning it.

What areas do you cover?

We clean carpets, upholstery, ovens and bbq’s as well as full end of tenancy services in West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and Kent.

What are your operating hours?

We work in customers properties from 9.30am until 9.30pm Monday to Saturday. At busy times of the year, we extend these hours to Sundays also.

How do I book an appointment?

No problem. All we ask for is two days notice that you would like to cancel and there would not be a cancellation fee.
